Novonesis Corporation All employees Onboard employees to new culture Novonesis challenge is to bring two separate companies into a new shared company culture after the merger. To enable this a number of initiatives is rolled out including a workshop format for leaders. The goal for the workshop format is to supplement a more traditional eLearning approach to bring a team together around the new culture. As part of this workshop DiBL was included to provide involvement and commitments. The solution helps a leader to quickly start an engaging conversation in their team by submitting and sharing commitments live. Afterwards the data is is also immediately available for the team in a summary format that the leader can share and revisit later with their team. The data around the cultural commitments is also captured for management across all sessions in the companies, so it can be used as input to the future process. Corporation
