ZSI Goverment / NGO Young people The games aim at the generation of ideas, discussion, compromise and policy making on green jobs while providing the target group with new knowledge on the topic. To ensure a sustainable future, our world of work needs to change. Investing in green industries for our energy, heating, and lifestyle is essential. However, there are still not enough young people who are interested in pursuing green jobs and working sustainably. In this game, you play a group of policymakers tasked with getting more young people into green jobs. You need to consider relevant factors and strategies for promoting green jobs to reach a diverse audience, especially young women. The games aim at the generation of ideas, discussion, compromise and policy making. This game is played as a facilitated multiplayer game. “We were aware of some of the motivations for your young people to choose green jobs based on previous studies. However, the whole aspect of rewards and bonus elements was not on our radar. With GREAT we have gained new insights that help us see our green job campaign.” – Key stakeholder Goverment / NGO
