Tackle bias and diversity issues

Increase inclusion by putting the difficult discussion on the agenda.

As we know their exist challenges in the workplace today around different ways of seeing the world, and to include everyonese.

These issues are presented as dilemmas in the game, and we hope that they will give rise to relevant and necessary discussions.

The game’s options do not express Djøf’s views. The purpose of the game is to facilitate a dialogue in the workplace.

There are no right or wrong answers. The important thing is not that you reach agreement, but rather that you give each other room to listen and understand each other’s points of view.

It is therefore important to remember the good tone of the debate and to leave room for disagreements.
