Approach Everyone gets their say, and what you decide together makes a difference. Discuss and reflect with your peers, guided by the teacher. Wrap learning and discussion in a narrative that provides context, consequence and immersion. Your learning evolves around concrete challenges and problems. Our goal is to move beyond a traditional quiz-like approach, where answers are only ever right or wrong, and allow for more complex discussions on topics where “rote learning” falls shorts, but in a way that’s still structured, and provides users direct feedback on their choices. Dilemma-based learning runs the risk of being “all questions, no answers”, with every option being as good as the next one. With our branching and variable-tracking tools, we can structure the conversation, and provide direct feedback and consequences to user’s choices, in a way that informs discussion rather than curtailing it.
We focus on facilitating real and deep learning through thought-provoking and engaging meeting of hearts and minds, with story-driven dilemmas where you decide together.
